Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days after the item(s) have been delivered. I don't currently offer paid returns meaning you are responsible for the shipment and payment of the return. I would always suggest using a tracked service for your return.
When returning your parcel, please clearly mark it with your full name and order number. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
In order to return an item correctly, please follow these steps:
1. Fill out the email contact form below
2. Returns must be sent to us within 14 days of purchase
3. Item must be returned undamaged and unused, with it's original packaging
4. Return your items using a tracked service- Please note custom prints are not refundable or exchangeable.
Cancellations
I don't accept cancellations and are unable to make changes once your order is dispatched. Please follow the above steps if you have any problems with your order.
