At Lucie In The Sky, all art prints are safely shipped worldwide and packaged carefully, ensuring your order reaches you wherever you are. I use a variety of reliable tracked services to provide you with peace of mind. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email - be sure to check your spam folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox. I'm committed to delivering your new artwork safely and efficiently, so you can start enjoying it as soon as possible.

Shipping Prices

All Prints are shipped from the UK. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Packaging

A5 and A4 prints will be posted flat in a strong boarded envelope, this will ensure your artwork arrives in excellent condition. Each print will be placed in a cello bag along with a piece of strong recycled cardboard which will also ensure your print arrives in perfect condition. Larger prints of A3, A2 and A1 size will be rolled up and posted in a postal tube. This will prevent creasing and ensures your print arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Times

I aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.I ship from the UK to various destinations worldwide. Below are the estimated shipping times:

• UK: 2-5 business days

• Europe: 5-10 business days

• Rest of the World: 7-14 business days

Please note that these are estimated times, and delivery may vary depending on your location and the shipping service used

During peak times such as bank holidays and the Christmas season, please be aware that shipping may take longer than usual. Delays can occur due to high demand with postal services and courier companies. We recommend placing your orders early to avoid any disappointment.
